The www.dtgrupa.hr online store services are valid for customers domiciled in the Republic of Croatia. The buying process needs to be completed by the end. You may become a customer if you are an adult over the age of 18, and you agree to our general terms and conditions of purchase that are available immediately before the purchase is completed.
Prices displayed in the Internet store are retail prices and are expressed in Croatian currency, in kunas.
By ordering products through the website www.dtgrupa.hr, you accept the terms of the purchase that are listed on the same.
Buyer is any legal or phisical person who orders the product by accepting the bidding that is issued in electronic or written form, and makes a payment in full amount requested from the bid. Buyer is not a person who solely requests an information offer via www.dtgrupa.hr. Purchase agreement between user and DT Grupa j.d.o.o. Varazdin becomes valid after receipt of the ordered shipment and is valid only for the Republic of Croatia. DT Grupa j.d.o.o. Varazdin undertakes to operate in accordance with legitimate laws of the Republic of Croatia.

DT Grupa j.d.o.o. reserves the right not to make the payment and delivery of the product to the customer:

  • If it is not possible to contact the customer.
  • If the address does not exist or cannot deliver the product to that address from the given data.
  • If there is any doubt about the fraud if you notify the buyer by e-mail or phone call.

DT Grupa j.d.o.o. does not respond to any damage caused by non-execution of the order. If the delivery of the selected product is not possible by DT Grupa j.d.o.o. because we do not currently have a product on stock or we can no longer order it from the supplier, we are obliged to notify the buyer in writing, and then the customer can decide:

  • If you would like to cancel the order and in that case the bill will not be delivered;
  • Accept a new delivery deadline if the product can be ordered from the supplier and then we have to inform the buyer about the expected delivery time;
  • If we cannot order the identical product from the supplier under identical terms, then we can offer the customer a replacement product of similar characteristics, at that time the applicable price for that product.

Language

The language of communication on the website www.dtgrupa.hr is the Croatian literary language.

Prices

Prices are in HRK (HRK), VAT included, apply to all payment methods at the time of purchase. The price of the goods is determined for each product individually.

Special sale

DT Grupa j.d.o.o. it may periodically decide to place certain products on an action sale basis. These products will be available under the same conditions to all customers or will be available to customers of specific, precisely specified groups. The terms of the sale will be described in detail, in particular the duration of the action sale, the quantity limitation of the goods, the discount rate, and others.

After the expiry of the deadline for action sale, DT Grupa j.d.o.o. will not receive new orders under conditions related to the action sale term expired.

Because of the large number of orders placed at the same time in a store, the availability of product information may not be the same as the stock at the warehouse. Such a situation is remarkable and does not last long. The company will take all necessary measures and engage all the resources available to fill in the delivery of the ordered product within a reasonable time. The company removes responsibility for the consequences of the emergency situation described. Your order is considered valid and valid only when an offer or an account has been created.

Termination of contract

Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act (NN 41/14, 110/15, 14/19) you are authorized to terminate the contract unilaterally (for example, a purchase agreement for a particular product) without giving reasons for it within 14 days of the date of delivery of the product the last product from the order.

You can terminate the contract using this form or by any other unambiguous statement in which you express your will to terminate the contract on a durable medium.
In case of termination of the contract, each party is obliged to return to the other what it has received under the contract, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act. We will refund your refund after the goods are returned to us. Returns must be made without delay and within 14 days from the day you have declared us unilaterally terminated the contract.
Please note that you are responsible for any impairment of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods, except for what was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
By accepting these general terms, you have also accepted the provisions of the said Act.
Right to unilateral termination of the contract The law is excluded in several cases.
Full information on customer's right of unilateral termination can be found in the Consumer Protection Act (NN 41/14, 110/15, 14/19).

Complaints

In the event you are dissatisfied with the product for any reason, you may replace or return it in exchange for money within 14 days of receipt. In order to exercise this right, you must send the undamaged product in the original package with all the equipment and documentation with which the product was originally delivered.
In case the ship is damaged in transport, such damage is visible when picking up the shipment and in this case please do not take over the shipment. Please contact us to check the shipment status as soon as possible and send us a new one.
If you find that, during the first use, that the device or product that was defective, please contact us so that we can make the replacement as soon as possible.

DT Grupa j.d.o.o. let's you buy selected products by paying directly in the store ways:

  • Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard

  • Payment by cash - upon receipt of the shipment

1. Payment by cash upon receipt of the shipment:
The checkout option allows you to settle your order amount when you submit it to the specified address only when you see the goods in front of you. Payments cannot be made with personal download at our warehouse. Payments are made exclusively in cash, while delivery to the address at the delivery itself. In the event that the recipient is not able to receive the shipment at the defined delivery address at the time of delivery, the consignor leaves a notice of arrival of the shipment.

2. Internet banking
When you choose this payment method, you will receive an estimate with all your payment details, including the number of accounts you need to pay for the order value to your email address. You can then make payments by using internet banking or by the way you normally pay your bills - via bank, mail, Fine or similar.
After received payment, we will send you the ordered products.
NOTE: For viral payments, the goods are delivered only after the payment is made (according to bank statements - as usual, the next business day), so please also check the condition of the shipment on +385 97 6988485.

Delivery

DT Grupa j.d.o.o. Delivery of goods to customers is done throughout Croatia, regardless of location and delivery includes Croatian islands.
For Varaždinska, Međimurska and Zagrebačka County we deliver ower our own delivery service. For other counties, delivery is done by Overseas express delivery service within 24h for packages and 48h for pallet shipment.

As soon as the customer finalizes the order in the store, the invoice is issued. If you finalize your order at www.dtgrupa.hr, you will receive a notification and an invoice via e-mail.
The products must be adequately packaged for the carriage of goods.
Properly packing the shipment means placing the contents of the shipment in the appropriate packaging (wrapping, box, suitcase etc.) to prevent damage to or reduction of its contents or the contents of other shipment during transport.
The packaging must correspond to the contents and form of the shipment, the size, the weight and the value of the shipment, and the conditions and length of the relationship to which it is transmitted.

Guarantee and service

Warranty, technical instructions, assembly instructions and operating instructions are enclosed with the product, and according to Art. Article 42 (6) of the Consumer Protection Act shall, in a clear and understandable manner, inform the consumer in advance of such product-related information as well as of the services offered after the sale.

In the event of faults within the warranty period, which does not imply any failure within 14 days of receipt of the shipment or malfunction established after the shipment has been taken over, the customer must be contacted directly by DT Group j.d.o. by phone at +385 97 6988485.
If the ordered product is defective, does not match the description on the page or simply does not meet customer expectations, it may, within 14 days of receipt of the order, make replacement or refund of the product. After expiry of the 14-day deadline, we will direct our customer to our reclamation department.
